Any student caught outside after sunset and before sunrise will be expelled. All girls are to wear chastity belts. There will be a mandatory strip search for the entire student body after the school day. Any students found gathering as a group will be expelled for attempting to start an orgy and/or Opium Den. Until the female dorms and reassignment are complete, all girls are expelled from the Female Obelisk Dorms and will be living in Duel Academia Provided Cardboard Boxes. Anyone using the internet out of this community will be expelled. Anyone found digging up the Sangenma will be expelled. Any student not 100% ethnically Japanese is to be expelled. All students are to wear handcuffs after leaving classes and until they arrive to class. All students found talking outside of class will be baseline given 3 Weeks Detention. Any student found touching another student will be expelled. The witch will remove herself from the school. All Supernatural Entities will remove themselves from the premises of this school, immediatelly. Any student or staff who reply to this post will be expelled or fired, respectively. It is the determination of the school board that Misawa Raichi will be released on his own reconsience, due to excellent cleanliness of his cell, and also the fact our DNA tests proved he was a combination of Samasu Souha and a Potato. Furthermore, these two "Souhas", as it were, thou, shalt be in the same room (Supposedly both their own) for observation to see if we can find out which is truly Samasu Souha. Yes, he twas behind the disaster of Zombie Students and the Sangenma some months ago. However, research hath proven he was under the control of another, so all legal action against him is void.
As well, he is not behind the disaster that sent us to that atrocious desert. And thou, I have a headache from that still.
Martin Kanou doth is still recovering with the aid of one Saotome Rei, and may be visited as long you do not intend any harm to him.2. Samasu SouhaDoth there be some students commenting on a duplicity of Samasu Souhas around the school. It is recommended that those who suffer these hallucinations doth go to the Crazy Nurse for immediate medical treatment. Ms. Ayukawa is on vaciation-ith.
However, we are looking into complaints of doth forged paperwork and that Samasu Souha's room tis not currently occupied by Samasu Souha.3. "Dark World"Some students have complained that strange monsters resembling the Dark World monsters of Duel Monsters have been causing mischief and stealing things and attacking students.
